**Job Description**

The Shipping and Receiving Associate supports the shipping and receiving department by palletizing steel loads, preparing orders for dispatch, and ensuring materials are safely and efficiently loaded onto trucks and moved out of the facility.

**Responsibilities**

+ Palletize loads of steel according to shipping requirements and safety standards.
+ Load and unload steel and other materials from trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
+ Assist with all general labor tasks related to shipping and receiving operations.
+ Organize and stage materials for outbound shipments to ensure timely dispatch.
+ Handle incoming shipments, including receiving, moving, and placing materials in designated areas.
+ Build and secure loads to prevent damage during transport.
