**Job Title: Line Operator (3rd Shift)**
**Job Description**
Join a highly organized production team as a Line Operator on 3rd shift, rotating through multiple stations on Line 1 to support the safe and efficient manufacturing, heat treatment, cooling, painting, and inspection of blades. You will work in a clean, structured environment, following a team-based operating rhythm to ensure consistent quality and on-time output.

**Responsibilities**

+ Rotate through all four Line 1 positions during each 8-hour shift as part of a team-based operating rhythm.
+ Place blades onto the conveyor line that feeds the oven or furnace, ensuring correct positioning and spacing.
+ Use hand tools or grabbers to safely remove heated blades from the conveyor and place them into the press.
+ Remove blades from the press and place them into the quench to cool, following established safety and quality procedures.
