Role

The Immigration Coordinator provides exceptional business support to a wide range of clients by assisting Associates and Consultants in an administrative capacity, exposing the coordinator to a full range of immigration processes.

Daily Responsibilities

• Draft immigration applications in German
• Draft support letters
• Maintain Fragomen’s database and client folders
• Save and upload case related documents and government decisions onto Fragomen’s database
• Draft emails to provide updates on all immigration matters
• Contact authorities for case updates and advice
• File applications on behalf of clients
• Complete case audits
• Rename, downsize and organise documents
