THE ROLE
As the Senior Manager / Manager, Sustainability Strategy, Decarbonization, you will lead the team to:
Define and deliver Aritzia’s climate ambition, including our decarbonization approachReduce Aritzia’s environmental footprint throughout the value chain in line with planetary boundariesAccount for and reduce greenhouse gas emissions in line with our climate targets in collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersEnsure our climate and broader environment programs and initiatives are integrated into our business, while enabling effective execution and continuous improvementWork with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experienceTHE QUALIFICATIONS
