What the day will look like

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, capability gaps, and operational pain points, and translate these into solution requirements and implementation plans
• Partner with leaders and managers to define scope, objectives, success measures, and target user groups for new or enhanced business solutions
• Design implementation plans that align solutions with broader business strategy, including timelines, rollout approach, markets, and impacted teams
• Use business and operational data (usage, adoption, performance metrics...
