An established organisation is seeking an Implementation Developer to join its Rapid Response Team (RRT). This team handles technical enhancements, move/add/change requests, and urgent fixes for existing document processing applications.

Most work involves smaller‑scope changes that require a deep understanding of workflows, data processing logic, and system behaviour. Developers work closely with operational teams, manage their own workload in a sprint‑based setup, and respond quickly to high‑priority issues when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance existing document processing applications.
• Implement move/add/change requests (typically 3–20 hours).
• Modify workflows, templates, and page objects using CCM and scripting tools.
• Investigate and resolve complex data and workflow issues.
• Respond to urgent blocker tickets and restore processing quickly.
• Perform development testing and support UAT.
