The Implementation Head role is responsible for leading end-to-end telecom implementation, rollout, and service delivery operations in a data- and value-driven manner. The role oversees large-scale deployment programs, customer support delivery, workforce and ASP management, financial performance, and operational governance while ensuring compliance with contractual, legal, security, and E+OHS standards. This role also drives customer satisfaction, strategic transformation initiatives, and continuous improvement across implementation and service delivery operations.
