Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Managing strategic projects ranging from 3 to 12 months (planning, resources, communication) 
Supporting customers through change management (expert consulting, change management, expectation management, customer education) 
Advising on application setup and configuration, with strong expertise in the product suite and internal tools 
Training customers 
Building and maintaining a trusted relationship with clients 
Connecting technical experts with clients (customer data migration, interface implementation) 
Applying our agile project management methodology 
Communicating with various stakeholders: client teams (business, IT, etc.) and DiliTrust teams (application support, R&D, etc.) 
Developing business expertise (corporate law, contract and litigation management, governance body management)
