Job Summary

CHANNEL APPLICATION / WHOLESALE BANKING SEGMENT. The Implementation Manager manages the overall implementation of a corporate/business deal of the products/services under the purview of DBD (Deposits Business Division) / WBS (Wholesale Banking Segment) which can be positioned as a business solution for wholesale accounts. He/She engages with corporate clients to ensure a timely and meaningful integration of the services availed related to the customer’s business process, both technical and procedural. Coordinates with various units to ensure that the delivery of the service/product to the customer is seamless.
