The Customer Data and Journey Orchestration team is seeking a Customer Data Platform (CDP) Implementation Specialist, responsible for delivering new capabilities, datasets, and integrations within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
The selected candidate will combine strong business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and technical fluency to deliver AEP’s enterprise capabilities and business use cases and become the Delta subject matter expert on AEP. This includes implementing new capabilities, supporting enterprise power users, maintaining platform health, managing Adobe Support tickets, and stewarding documentation.
