The Implementation Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process of new payroll clients, ensuring a seamless transition into PBS systems and services. This role plays a vital part in creating a positive first impression of PBS by delivering a smooth, accurate, and timely implementation experience. The Implementation Specialist configures and tests payroll and HRIS systems, imports and verifies data, and provides clients with personalized training and support throughout the onboarding process.

The position requires strong technical knowledge of payroll and HRIS platforms-particularly isolved-as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
