We are looking for a

to join our Healthcare IT team as an Implementation & Support Executive. The candidate will assist in implementing Hospital Information Management Systems (HIMS/HIS), provide application support to end users, and help ensure smooth system operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementation and configuration of healthcare software (HIMS/HIS).
Support end users (doctors, nurses, MRD, billing, admin) during and after go-live.
Understand hospital workflows and help map them into the system.
Provide first-level application support and resolve basic issues.
Coordinate with internal teams for bug fixes and enhancements.
