The selected person will play a key role in managing the flow of goods, ensuring that every receipt and shipment is handled efficiently, accurately and in accordance with our quality standards.

Responsibilites

• Receive, process and follow up on customer requests.
• Verify that the information and documents required for file processing are complete, accurate and compliant.
• Enter data and update records in various systems/platforms.
• Monitor the status of products in delivery, return or in transit (subcontractors).
• Collaborate with the operations team to help meet clients’ deadlines, costs and requirements.
• Respond quickly to unforeseen events and help resolve operational or administrative issues.
