Caregiver Position – Montreal

A busy professional family in Montreal is looking for a caregiver for children who will also perform housekeeping and other domestic tasks. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 30 hours, 5 days per week (9:00 am – 5:00 pm). Salary: $34.63 per hour. The caregiver will have two days off, usually Saturday and Sunday, though shifts may vary. Option to stay with the employer at no additional cost. Responsibilities include childcare in the absence of parents and house maintenance. Language proficiency in French or English is required.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma – Completed
• 1–2 years of experience with children or equivalent experience through work or study (teacher, nurse, midwife, psychologist, etc.)
• Punctuality, reliability, judgment, sense of responsibility, good interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and experience with children.
