We are looking for an experienced In-House Counsel to join our team in San Diego, California. This Contract to permanent position requires a skilled legal expert to handle complex commercial transactions and agreements while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including client service contracts, business associate agreements, and requests for proposals.
