This role partners closely with internal business teams to deliver practical, business‑oriented legal advice across procurement, operations, IT, and corporate functions. Director – Corporate Counsel (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: $80–$120/hour (commensurate with experience)
Key Responsibilities

Commercial Contracts & Procurement

+ Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including:

+ Customer charter agreements

+ Strategic sourcing and vendor agreements
