Description
The Candidate Attraction In-Market Support is a seasonal, field-based role responsible for executing boots-on-the-ground candidate attraction activities at an assigned market on a weekly basis. This role operates under the direct guidance of the Market Response Specialist (MRS), following an MRS-provided playbook to carry out localized outreach tasks. The MRS owns strategy, direction, and accountability for results. This role owns execution.

Key job responsibilities
Execute weekly in-market activities as outlined in the provided playbook, including community flyering, collateral placement, and material refreshes
Conduct regular visits to community partner locations to maintain and replenish hiring materials (flyers, posters, QR codes)
Distribute referral program materials on-site and engage associates as directed by the Market Response Specialist (MRS)
Attend and support local hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach activities as scheduled
