Position Overview

            Key Responsibilities Deliver food & beverage orders and room amenitiesto guest rooms promptly 
Ensure proper setup and presentation of trays/trolleysand amenities 
Verify order accuracy and guest satisfaction 
Clear used trays and maintain cleanliness of IRD areas 
Handle guest enquiries and coordinate with kitchen andFront Office 
Process orders and billing via POS system 
Requirements F&B experience in hotels 
Good communication and service skills 
Able to work 6-day work week and rotating/night shifts 
Able to handle trays and trolleys
