An In‑Room Dining Manager at Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre is responsible for leading and overseeing all In‑Room Dining operations, delivering a seamless, refined, and anticipatory guest experience in line with Waldorf Astoria brand and Forbes Travel Guide Standards. The role is accountable for upholding the highest levels of luxury service, operational excellence, and financial stewardship, while ensuring full compliance with all statutory and regulatory obligations. In close partnership with the Director of Food & Drinks, the manager drives the development and execution of business strategies that enhance guest satisfaction, optimise revenue performance, and consistently deliver exceptional, personalised in‑room dining experiences.
