Provide engineering assistance to customers to troubleshoot and operate their aircraft, offer maintenance recommendations (reliability improvement, cost optimization), and enhance understanding of aircraft design. Deliver solutions within defined timelines and high quality. Technical on‑site assistance may be required for complex troubleshooting.
Analyse in‑service events to identify potential impacts (airworthiness, quality, etc.), launch corrective actions, and ensure proper follow‑up with customer services teams.
Identify and investigate emerging hot topics impacting fleet and specific customers, and work with fleet managers and central teams to define corrective actions (mitigation & terminating solutions).
Manage customer communication at various hierarchical levels—including phone, in‑person, during aircraft troubleshooting, and on airline events (fleet review meetings, workshops, expert forums, regional conferences).
