An In-Store Retail Expert plays a critical role in strengthening store capabilities, team and individual productivity, and driving a client‑centric mindset. This role works closely with the Head of Field to execute training plans aimed at improving customer experience and elevating sales performance through structured training and coaching in the field.
Responsibilities - Conduct onboarding and training for new staff to ensure understanding of brand values, SOPs, KPIs and sales expectations
- Deliver product and optical knowledge training to build confidence and improve conversion and average transaction value
- Facilitate customer journey training to ensure consistent delivery of the Spectacle Hut experience
