About the Role

• Inbound role in a busy sales office in Normanton with an element of returning customer calls.
• Taking responsibility for all inbound calls while supporting two fellow inbound coordinators
• Working in conjunction with 20 other sales team members based in the Wakefield/Rotherham sales office.
• Providing site equipment for some of the largest construction projects in the UK.
• Resolving customer queries.
• Using extensive product knowledge to keep customers informed of our products/services.
• Support colleagues who are working towards completing an apprenticeship.
