Position Title: Inbound Operations Specialist

Location: East Tamaki, Auckland, New Zealand

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Employment: Permanent/Full Time

Shift: AM 5:30am-2pm

The Job

• Supervise the day‑to‑day operations of the Inbound function to achieve maximum productivity and cost‑effectiveness.
• Manage workload to satisfy customer orders and operational requirements, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
• Implement and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Encourage a culture of innovative thought and financial discipline, aligning with the company's Mission, Vision, Principles, and Values.
• Report possible procedural improvements to the AM or PM Supervisor and drive continuous process improvements.
• Support efficient operations within the Distribution Centre to meet customer demands and foster a high‑performance culture.
