Compensation (Year 1 SDR): £24–25K base + £30–35K OTE

Future (Year 2 AE): £70K+ OTE

Think of it as a junior Account Executive role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our inbound prospects, running 15-minute qualification calls with leads who have already pre-booked meetings. Your job is to identify the best opportunities and then pass them on to our Account Directors to close.
