Sutherland Shire Council is seeking ISS Support Workers to join our Early Education & Child Protection Team. In this role, you’ll help children with higher support needs fully participate in early childhood education by providing extra care and encouragement in a safe, nurturing environment.

You’ll work alongside educators to support play-based learning activities tailored to each child’s interests and abilities. Your role is vital in creating an inclusive space where all children can learn, grow and build positive relationships.
