THE JOB
We are currently looking for an Income Auditor to oversee critical accounting functions for various locations in the Greater Boston Area. Responsible for assisting the Accounting Team with auditing shows. Also maintaining good communication with the Talent Department and assisting them with any show related needs.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Recording manual checks, wires and taxes paid in Oracle.Facilitate band payments and manage all related paperwork (wires, checks, tax w/holding). This will involve a large amount of communication with our Talent Department.Auditing show settlements.Preparing show Flashes (financials) and booking show journal entries.Finalize venue shows prior to month end.Assist with Processing of Manual Checks, Wires and Tax payments.Provide audit support as needed.
