Job Title: Incoming Goods Quality Inspector

Location: Goole
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 (may move to shift patterns in the future)
Pay Rate: £17.00 - £18.00 per hour (PAYE)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Incoming Goods Quality Inspector to ensure that all incoming materials meet the required quality standards. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining product quality, supporting production processes, and collaborating with both internal teams and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

Perform in-process tests and inspections, including hardness, weight, variation, and failure testing, to ensure batches meet specifications.
Check materials against engineering drawings, standards, specifications, and norms.
Process defined routines to safeguard established quality criteria.
Monitor corrective actions initiated by QA and document results in the relevant systems.
