The IND CSSC Customer Service Representative, IEM & Distribution plays a key role in ensuring an efficient and productive internal sales process while delivering world‑class customer service. You will interact with customers through multiple channels—digital platforms, phone, email, and live chat—providing timely and professional resolutions to inquiries in line with predefined IND targets.
