Serve as the subject matter expert on VAT, advising on complex and high-value matters including cross-border transactions, new product offerings, recoverability, and business structuring.Provide commercially focused guidance to enable the business while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.Partner with Legal and Finance to ensure contractual arrangements (including intra-group and customer agreements) are robust.Lead indirect tax consideration of transfer pricing policies and intercompany arrangements.Global Compliance & Risk Management
