• Execute daily administrative tasks for VAT and Intrastat reporting, including precise data extraction, formatting, and timely submission.
• Support a continuous improvement mindset by ensuring the accuracy of databases and optimizing administrative workflows.
• Uphold an effective system of Internal Controls, meticulously archiving tax returns and documentation for both internal and external audits.
• Assist in the accurate preparation of periodic tax declarations.
• Handle and respond to notifications received from tax authorities.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Vocational Training (FP) or a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Economics, or a similar relevant field.
• Fluent English is mandatory; proficiency in other European languages will be a strong asset.
• Proven proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills essential for effective data handling and analysis.
