Job Title: Indoor Farm Laborer - Grow Room Assistant I

Reports To: Team Lead and Head Grower

FLSA Status & Rate: Non-Exempt ($18 - $20 per hour)

Summary:

Plants, trims and harvests cannabis plants using industry best indoor growing practices, especially with regard to ensuring compliance and worker safety. This is a highly physical job with duties including planting, transplanting and harvesting cannabis plants and cleaning operating equipment when necessary.
