Role Responsibilities

• To maintain accurate details for major key and important dates to boost productivity and provide excellent service to customers.
• Consistently demonstrates strong cross-departmental collaboration to build synergy and rapport for projects and all the orders;
• To process incoming PO with accuracy and timeliness
• To update and maintain database (SAP)
• To handle series of coordination activities for the sales team
• To provide an accurate monthly forecast and develop weekly, monthly sales reports and any general report as and when required
• To follow up with customers on outstanding payments.
• To provide administrative support to sales team.
• To perform other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Effective strong communication skills both orally and written
