Application Engineers (AE) in Schneider Electric are highly motivated and pragmatic individuals who demonstrate excellent communication and relationship skills coupled with deep technical knowledge of the customer process as well as the Schneider Electric offer. They can understand complex problems and can overcome diverse obstacles to develop and realize creative and effective solutions. This position involves being a member of the technical team for large-scale, high-complexity customer projects used in industrial automation. Our multidisciplinary team develops customized SIS (Safety Instrumented Systems) which provide critical safety shutdown solutions to our customers. Our project scopes include front end engineering design, detailed designs, system integrations and customer site support.
