About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Industrial Designer to lead the design and development of bags across categories including backpacks, laptop bags, sling bags, tote bags, duffels, travel bags, and pouches. This role requires a strong understanding of softgoods design, materials, construction techniques, user needs, and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Product Development

Lead end-to-end design of bags from concept to production.

Develop concepts through sketches, CAD models, renderings, and prototypes.

Create moodboards, CMF (Color, Material, Finish) directions, and product stories aligned with brand positioning.

Design innovative storage, organization, comfort, and utility features.

Balance aesthetics, functionality, durability, and cost targets.
