Job Title: Industrial Engineer

Location: Gilbert, AZ (85233)

Duration: 6 months contract

Shift Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (1st Shift)



Weekly Hours & OT:

• Weekly hours are 40-45 OT offered over 40 hours

Duties:

• Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes and workflows for circuit card assemblies, electronics box assemblies, and ground support equipment for those assemblies


• Programming of SMT equipment (Screen Printers, Placement and Reflow ovens)


• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions


• Support new product introductions by developing and validating manufacturing processes


• Collaborate with design, quality, and operations teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance
