The Industrial Engineering team provides value add by:Defining, implementing and/or maintaining general Industrial Engineering policies, methods, and standards, as well as principle process blueprints for supply chain operations.
Developing, aligning and ensuring implementation of budgets, assigning and monitoring projects and allocate resources.
Ensuring or collaborating in the design cost-effective manufacturing layouts and building ergonomics.
Investigating best practices and trends in manufacturing methods, technology developments, and equipment.
Ensuring efficient operations across all stages of the supply chain, identifying deficiencies and proposing remedial measures or projects i.e. efficiency or cost reduction programs.
