Responsibilities
Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Implement lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5 S) to optimize processes and reduce waste.
Develop and refine process workflows to ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards.
Oversee changes in manufacturing processes to accommodate new products or updated designs.
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to address non-conformance issues and ensure product quality.
