Industrial Engineer

Perform and evaluate work measurement and workflow analysis for the establishment of standards and the utilization of production facilities. Develop plant and equipment layout, capacity plans, workflow, and accident prevention measures to maintain efficient and safe utilization of plant facilities. Provide product assembly instructions and standardize assembly practices. Evaluate new techniques and technological developments for inclusion in the production process.

Responsibilities

• Use Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Advanced Quality Process (AQP) tools and metrics to proactively identify and implement improvements to Supplier Quality and Supplier Quality Tools and Processes.
• Promote the use of SPC and continuous improvement techniques at suppliers to reduce variability and achieve process control.
