**Job Title: Sanitation Worker**
**Job Description**
Join a new sanitation team supporting a brand-new GMP food production plant in Nashville. In this role, you help ensure a clean, safe, and compliant facility by performing thorough sanitation of floors, belts, machinery, and production areas, following the 7 Steps of Sanitation every day. You will complete an initial two-week training on a daytime schedule, then move to an overnight shift and support master sanitization of the entire plant.

**Responsibilities**

+ Sanitize plant floors, belts, machinery, and other production equipment according to established procedures.
+ Perform master sanitization of docks, warehouse areas, dry mixers, wet mixers, and other designated zones.
+ Follow the 7 Steps of Sanitation daily, including soil pick-up, rinsing, wet pick-up, detergent application, post-rinse, inspection, and final sanitizing/disinfecting.
