**Industrial Maintenance Technician**

**Location:** Reading, PA
**Shift:** Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM after initial training period
**Pay Rate:** $27.00-$37.15 per hour

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of mechanical and facility maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on mechanical experience, and a commitment to workplace safety.
