**Job Description:**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Inspect assemblies for conformance to specifications using measuring instruments and make adjustments to ensure proper fit and function
+ Use precision measuring instruments, such as calipers and micrometers, to verify that parts conform to specified tolerances.
+ Perform complex mechanical assembly and system integration Act as subject matter expert for mechanical systems and processes.
+ Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues or product defects, making necessary adjustments to components or processes to resolve them.
+ Lead training programs and skill development.
+ Delegate work and coordinate technician resources.
+ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Support basic business KPI understanding.
