**Job Title: Industrial Painter**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on structural and industrial painting in a busy fabrication shop environment. You will perform high-quality spray, roll, and brush painting on metal surfaces, including preparing materials, mixing paints, and maintaining painting equipment and booths. When not actively painting, you support general shop operations and help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform structural and industrial painting using spray gun, rolling, and brush techniques on metal and other materials.
+ Independently mix paints to required specifications, including color, viscosity, and finish, following product guidelines.
+ Prepare surfaces for painting by grinding, sanding, wire brushing, and other prep methods to ensure proper adhesion and finish quality.
