Location: Must reside within 1 hour of site - Norfolk
Travel: UK-wide as required, plus occasional European travel for training

We are seeking a skilled Site Service Technician to support the performance, uptime and reliability of specialist production equipment across customer sites. You will complete expert-level product training and deliver a full range of onsite services including installation, troubleshooting, break-fix repairs, preventative maintenance, performance optimisation and operator training.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced technical environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
