Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Industrial Relations & Labour Law

  • Represent the company at conciliations and arbitrations
  • Handle unfair dismissal and unfair labour practice disputes
  • Investigate labour disputes and ensure legislative compliance
  • Conduct IR risk assessments and recommend corrective actions
  • Train management on:
    • Disciplinary procedures
    • Grievance procedures
    • Poor performance processes
    • Incapacity procedures
  • Promote dispute resolution through mediation, conciliation, and advisory services
  • Submit monthly IR reports to management
  • Advise within communication structures such as ERC
