This role oversees all aspects of project delivery, including design-build coordination, budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, risk management, financial performance, and client relationship management. The position focuses on industrial projects in environments such as manufacturing, food processing, food distribution, cold storage, chemical, and similar facilities. The Industrial Senior Project Manager operates with a high degree of autonomy, mentors and develops project teams, and plays a key role in growing an expanding industrial construction business while consistently delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
