Key responsibilities in your new role

• Resolve identified engineering issues in manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and improve performance and efficiency.
• Work as a team between Manufacturing/ Process/ UPE to resolve production and quality issues, and reduce production line disruptions.
• Ensure the production equipment is under control and the quality of the product meets expectations.
• Implement a Preventive/Predictive maintenance program.
• Monitor equipment performance key indicators, set goals, and drive the team to meet expectations.
• Provide necessary production support.
• Establish an indirect spare inventory system for key equipment.
• Sustain and improve the key performance indices of the equipment through continuous improvement activities/projects.
