Responsibilities

In your new role you will:

• Order Handling:
  • Regularly check order contents (quantity, price, notes, technical status), prepare summary and handling proposals for the internal team.
  • Confirm and, if necessary, update the planned delivery data for the customer in the defined tool.
• Inventory Management:
  • Maintain inventory of international sample storages to reach and keep defined stock levels.
  • Prepare and execute stock transfers.
  • Support GSM expert on replenishment based on defined parameters and working instructions.
• Product Portfolio Management:
  • Conduct regular analysis of product portfolio and prepare handling proposals for the internal team, considering market demand and product lifecycle.
• Communication:
  • Create information and PowerPoint presentations for international Sale...
