Senior Technical Designer / Design Engineer (POS & Retail Fixtures)

Location: Cape Town (in‑office)

We are looking for someone who can take bold concepts and turn them into flawless, production‑ready technical outputs – no guesswork, no gaps.

What you will do

• Translate concepts into detailed SolidWorks drawings
• Produce manufacturing specifications and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Ensure designs are practical, buildable, and cost‑aware
• Work closely with design, suppliers, and production teams

What you bring

• 5–10+ years in technical design, design engineering or industrial design with a production focus
• SolidWorks expertise (essential)
• Knowledge of Rhino3D and/or CorelDRAW
• Strong understanding of materials, fabrication, and manufacturing processes
• Experience in retail, POS, shopfitting, or physical environments is a plus
