The Industrialization Engineer supports the introduction of new products into manufacturing through collaboration with Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations teams. The role focuses on Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA), manufacturing process development, validation activities, digitalization initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.

Working under the guidance of experienced Industrialization Engineers, Product Owners, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), the engineer will contribute to product industrialization activities in accordance with Rockwell Automation's Common Product Development (CPD) process and Agile/SAFe methodologies.
