Job Scope:

• Listing, research, and contacting KOLs & Clippers across multiple digital platforms especially in beauty & gaming categories
• Monitoring KOLs campaign execution including briefing, content review, and posting schedules
• Negotiate rates and collaboration terms with KOLs
• Handling the administrative details for KOL payment
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports and evaluate to optimize results
• Maintain and expand creator or agency databases, strong relationships with third-party agencies for future collaborations

Job Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or maximum 1 year of experience in KOL, influencer marketing, social media, or related fields
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and current social media trends, especially beauty & gaming categories
• Preferably has a strong database/network of KOLs and creator agencies
